Refunds and Returns

You may return any item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if the product is unopened, unworn, or unused.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, or unworn and returned with all accessories or free gifts included with the item.

You should inspect goods immediately upon receipt and must notify Hyper Realistic as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for the functions and checked by hand before use intimately; this includes items that must be charged or powered with batteries.

Cancellation

You can return any order to us within 30 days for a full refund starting from the day of receipt. The cost of shipping will not be refunded for orders canceled after shipping.

Unless items to be returned are defective, you will have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items including packaging and accessories have not been significantly damaged.
